Michelle is a mom, wonder wife, a semi-retired Surgical Tech by trade, and home cook by nature. She was born and raised in New Orleans, and has since become a Texas Transplant for the past 12 years, (with a short detour to the San Francisco Bay Area) and currently resides in Kemah, Tx. with her husband Denny, needy cat, loco dog and 5 kids that stop by on occasion to visit, (for free meals and laundry) She was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2002. And is an advocate for Silent diseases and autoimmune diseases and disorders. Afflicted with wanderlust at an early age, she and her hubby love to travel. (What city are we in?) She believes in living everyday as an adventure, no matter how scary it can be sometimes.  And there is nothing that bacon can’t fix.
